MicrosoftВ isВ not releasing the drivers because they are pre built into the system. I called tech support and spent about an hour on the phone for nothing they could not help me. Did you plug the adapter in before you started up your PC? That is what I did. I just seen your post after I replied to another. EDIT: That's just basic Windows driver 101 tips.I already described in my first post that I did all of that. I will go ahead and check the guide you posted.
